Review

  1. We use "notepad"because it's simple, and inexpensive (=at everybody's reach?)
  2. Opening tags and closing tags. Containers.
  3. Always "Save as" when that is the first time.
  4. When save, look at where you are saving it at.
  5. Type "file type" in the proper text box.
  6. You have to be online to have it work.
  7. The "title" tags is in between the "head" tags, and will not be displayed in the document.

Tips

  1. There may be other tags in between the "head" tags, they may be displayed in the document while the "title" tag would only be seen on top of the window where the blue line is.
  2. Each tag may have different attributes. The "body tag" can have many "attributes" for example "body+ bgcolor"
  3. a text box is a white rectangular box in which you type the address called url.
