Sample of table and cells with border, cell spacing and cell padding.

I made a table and cells with "shocking" colors border so that we can see them better. I also found out that there was a way to separate tables with blank space in between: All you have to do is "cut and paste" the whole table and place to where you want it to be. Eureka! again.

Cell padding and cell spacing is 6, border is only 1. No "light and dark" border

I don't seem to be able to make the double lined border going through the frame like fig#1 again. Any idea?
