"Full Life Fitness"
Full Life Fitness meets Tuesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. in Room A. Seated and standing calesthenics strengthen bones and muscles for standing, walking and posture. Seated movements with hand-held weights and tension bands strengthen the upper body.
Strengthening and added flexibility help prevent falls, the leading cause of accidental injuries and loss of independence among seniors.
