Name: Speciosum Lily
Origin: South Japan; introduced into Europe in 1830.
These are bunches of large flowers of 4-6 inches across, pinkish-white and heavily suffused with crimson spots and suffusions. In Japan, the bulbs are cultivated as food. Need water before flowering only.
